And we found Tg Tol GFP EVI 1 zebrafish embryos underwent abnormal hematopoiesis and aberrant expression of human EVI 1 perturbs hematopoiesis to promote myeloid myeloid and suppress erythroid lineage fates. Moreover overexpression of human EVI 1 induced immature hematopoietic cells emerged in blood circulation.
