By comparing the transcriptomic differences between ehd3 Homozygous mutants and wild type controls we sought to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in lipid synthesis elongation and desaturation. The findings will enhance our understanding of the regulatory role of EHD3 in hepatic fatty acid homeostasis and provide insights into the genetic mechanisms underlying lipid metabolism.
