The RNA quality was checked by capillary electrophoresis using the QIAxcel Advanced program. Total RNA was used for isolation of polyA fraction using NEBNext PolyA mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module according to the manufacturer's recommendations. RNA was next quantified on Quntus fluorometer and used for library preparation using NEBNext UltraTM Directional RNA Library PrepKit for Illumina with NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for Illumina according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The quality of libraries was confirmed by capillary electrophoresis using the QIAxcel Advanced program.
